All orders are printed to order from our home studio in Christchurch, New Zealand. Standard designs are printed and shipped the next working day following your order, and custom designs are printed the next working day following your approval of your previews. Tracked shipping within New Zealand is $5.00, regardless of the size or cost of your order.

Once your order has been booked for collection, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on it if need be. Once your parcel has been collected by our courier, please allow 3 working days (and 1 extra for rural) for your parcel to be delivered. This time may be slightly longer during periods around public holidays.

I N T E R N A T I O N A L   S H I P P I N G

Australia
All untracked parcels to Australia will incur a charge of $15.00 for untracked delivery. Please allow 10 - 15 working days for your parcel to arrive once it has been shipped.

All tracked parcels to Australia will incur a charge of $30.00 for tracked delivery. Please allow 5 - 10 working days for your parcel to arrive once it has been shipped.

United States, Canada and United Kingdom
All untracked parcels to the United States or America, Canada and the United Kingdom will incur a charge of $30.00 for untracked delivery. Please allow 10 - 15 working days for your parcel to arrive once it has been shipped.

We do not offer tracked shipping to these countries at this time. 

Rest of World
All untracked parcels going anywhere else worldwide will incur a charge of $30.00 for non-tracked delivery. Please allow 10 - 30 working days for your parcel to arrive once it has been shipped. 

We do not offer tracked shipping anywhere else at this time.

These time estimates may be slightly longer during periods around public holidays, and if your country is still experiencing COVID-19 delays or lockdowns this may cause further delays.

M I S S I N G   P A R C E L S

If your parcel tracking shows it has been delivered but this is incorrect or if it seems to be taking unusually long to arrive, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can follow up with our courier company, check out what has happened and find a solution for you. 

D A M A G E D   P A R C E L S

If your parcel arrives damaged in any way, please photograph the packaging and its contents and send them to us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you via overnight courier, and lodge a claim for the damages with our courier company.
